You do not need an account to shop with us but it's free to sign up!

How can I change my account details?

Login and go to your profile. You can edit or delete your name, address, phone and email.
You can always do this in store or contact our Customer Care Team for help. 

I have signed up in store, do I need to create an account online?

We like to keep things simple. You only need to sign up once either online or in-store!

Shopping online at Clark Rubber is easy. Simply select your items ( we have many), review your order in cart, and place your order by telling us how you would like your order delivered and how you’ll be paying.

What shipping partners do you use?

Our shipping partner of choice is Shippit! They conveniently offer a wide range of carriers so we are able to provide the absolute best price & service to you. Shippit uses Couriers Please, Fast Way, Allied Express, Bonds Couriers. Some deliveries will be made by our very own local vans so watch out for those!

I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

Forgot your password or need to change it? Here’s a few easy steps you can take to reset your password.

Are your online and in-store prices the same?

In most cases, prices are the same in-store and online. However, local prices may differ between stockists.

I can't find what I want online, can you help?

There could be many reasons for a product to no longer appear on our website. If you are after a specific item and can't find it online, please contact our Customer Service Team with as much information as possible and we'll do our best to track it down for you

Why did my payment fail?

Online payments can fail if you are placing orders behind a proxy or VPN for several reasons, many of which are related to security and fraud prevention measures put in place by banking institutions.

If you are facing issues, we suggest you try placing your order via a personal device, or switch servers and / or VPN’s.
