Can my order be delivered to a Clark Rubber store?
We currently offer Click & Collect across our stores. This options lets you pickup your order from the store directly.
Do I have to return my order to the original purchase store for a refund?
You can return any item to any Clark Rubber store for a refund or exchange. If products purchased online are returned to a store, refunds will be processed via the online store and funds will take up to 5 business days to be returned to the original method of payment. Please note, we will not refund the delivery portion...
Do I need photo ID to collect my order?
Photo ID is required on collection and must match the name and address on the order. Please note order's can not be released to a third party.
Are your online and in-store prices the same?
In most cases, prices are the same in-store and online. However, local prices may differ between stockists.
